Our 19-year-old company was founded in 1988 by three friends specialized in different fields like Cartography, Urban Planning and Mechanical Engineering.
The company founders joined their enterprising spirit, efforts, broad and energetic potentials, sincerity and integrity as a capital, and hit the road by collaborating in the service sector and founding the company Belde Planlama Mim. İnş. Ltd. Şti., by which they expressed their main targets and service principles as production in quality standards, respect of time and customer satisfaction.
The future of the company was seen in these principles, and not in money; and the efforts for total quality were verified with the TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate issued by TÜRK LOYDU on behalf of TÜRKAK on 13/05/2004.
Our company started to make efforts to expand its service divisions by updating its technology in time, and thus managed to have a specific market share in the sector market thanks to its technological power which provides many opportunities with its strong managerial and financial structure, and consequently was granted a CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICE CERTIFICATE on 16/03/2004 by the Institution for Regulation of Energy Market (EPDK).
Our company Belde Planlama Mim. İnş. Ltd. Şti., which provides Cartography and Urban Planning services, in addition to its numerous services provided for the private sector so far, has provided and has been providing services for city and county municipalities, Directorate General of Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (ISKI), Directorate General of Istanbul Gas Distribution Administration (IGDAS), Directorate General of Bank of Provinces of the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement, Directorate General of Land Registries and Cadastres of the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement, and the Directorate General for Construction of Railways, Ports and Airports (DLH).
Our company made its first effort with the company Belde Beton Elemanları Ltd. Şti. which we founded in 1994, and thus shifted to the group company approach. The company reached a wide-ranging production and implementation capacity in the infrastructure, superstructure, urban furniture and surrounding security systems with this first affiliate, completed its studies for the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) required by the quality in production approach, and thus started to manufacture certified products.
The group continued its growth with the machinery production department initiated in 1997, and realized production of concrete elements and machinery for production of concrete elements (such as parquets, borders, etc) and construction of concrete plants for this business. It obtained patent registrations in this subject, and expanded its production activities under the name Belde Makine.
Our group is sharing the pride of 19 years of knowledge and know-how with all its friends and customers, and is headed towards the future with the goal, effort and enthusiasm to add different service and production activities in the future surpassing itself and capturing the time.
